Goal:    To collect and preserve open-access materials    on the web
				Objective:    To define sets of digital resources for which the LOC    will assume long-term curatorial responsibility; to    gain experience in harvesting and archiving US-based    web sites; to use the experience gained to create    appropriate selection policies for digital materials.
