*  Creation of a new bibliographic context set
*  Based on MODS semantics, but not tied to MODS
*  Would not duplicate indexes from Dublin Core
*  MARC context set specifically for searching MARC data with
  MARC semantics ...
eg 'does my catalogue have anything in field 505$a' ?
