The resulting Format
Score is matched to a corresponding Preservation Quality Value and assigned a
Policy Status.
The idea here is to
apply qualitative terminology to assist in our understanding of and
communication about the relative prognosis for the file or a collection of
files. Such terminology can be useful in contract specifications,
determination of service level commitments and so on.
